Research that appeared in the Iran Journal of Midwifery Research (014 Mar; 19(2): 199-202) looked at 135 pregnant women, suffering with nausea and vomiting. The subjects were16 weeks pregnant or less and were randomly selected to receive either vitamin B6 or dimenhydrinate (sold commercially as Dramamine). Both the B6 and the dimenhydrinate were found to significantly reduce nausea and vomiting.
