Robert Espana has been in practice as a Registered Naturopath for 12 years. He is a graduate of Arkansas College of Natural Health. He holds Advanced Certifications in Cold Laser Pain Therapy, Functional Endocrinology and Blood Chemistry.

Our philosophy is that the Body-Mind heals itself; It was developed through the intelligence of the genes. Genes are recipe. Lifestyles are the ingredients. The genetic recipe is perfect, but can only produce health if all the ingredients are supplied to express that health.
Interferences that block or lower the function of the Body-Mind must be removed. Physiological stress and stress adaptation that changes the body’s internal function must be corrected to achieve health. The nervous systems responsibility is to control & coordinate the function of the entire body, plus adapt & relate to its internal & external environment.
